Just tried to start BCU and it threw and exception error because of changes to .NET 9.

Exception type: System.PlatformNotSupportedException

BinaryFormatter serialization and deserialization have been removed. See https://aka.ms/binaryformatter for more information.

Application: BCUninstaller.dll [5.8.2.0]
