Opensource Community Experience: Creating a clear contributor pathway

Hello everyone, now that there's a clear contributor guidelines, is there a possibility of having a clear contributor pathway.

What does this look like?

Let's use the instance for code and docs contributors

• A new individual joining the community and really likes what Kilo is building and wants to contribute to it.
• Actively starts contributing and participates in community discussions

The question is;

• what does contribution mean and how is it sustained long term.
• for code contributors, are there opportunities for maintainership and if yes, how does this pathway look like.
• for non code contributors (e.g docs, design, programs), what does it mean to contribute to kilo and how is it sustained/shows impact.

...and many more discussions around opensource, sustainability, governance and trust.

Here's what is currently in contributor recognition;

All contributors are valued members of the Kilo Code community. Contributors are recognized in:

• Release notes
• The project's README
• The contributors list on GitHub
