The /model select could be improved. It needs a space after i type /model select for the model to appear

The model selection could be improved.

I have a hard time to have my muscle memory recollect to press space after i type /model select.
Why not use the same experience like how claude or ampcode or opencode manages this?
Most commonly we tend to type /model select and hit enter.

Could we not do like what opencode does? or claude or amp code does?

Hi @indykish! Great suggestion and you're timing could not have been better :). We just released version 1.0 of the CLI which is based on OpenCode! So the model selector will work like in OpenCode like you suggest from now on.

Yup, just tested it :) It works great.
These days I do npm install -g @kilocode/cli at least 3-4 times or more a day.
I didn't notice the release even 3 hrs before. Now it did.
I closed this issue. Thanks.
