Hangs iindefinitely if connection gets inturpted

example modem resets from power flicker or vpn switches ip's

also can you add a timeout switch? like --timeout 5 or --timeout=5

there must be a way to adjust the ping or keepalive so it dosen't hang during 3 million+ url lists.
