Describe the Bug

In VS Code editor it started to display Right/Left arrows in top Tabs bar.

  • Click on it does nothing.

When the Kaoto editor is eg resized, then arrow tabs disappear (see attached recording)

Steps to Reproduce the Bug or Issue

Open Kaoto editor in VS Code

I did tested with Kaoto main branch and it seems this will disappear with next Kaoto UI published version. Probably connected to new About tab.

I've spotted that behavior using VS Code Kaoto main and Kaoto UI latest published (not containing About tab changes..)
