[Feature]: config file for macos should live in ~/.config/filo/config.toml

Problem statement

Currently the config in macos lives in a very non-standard folder ~/Library/Application Support/filo/config.toml. It should live in home directory's config folder for ease of use

Proposed solution

Change the config path to ~/.config/filo/config.toml
