Ragged branches issue #1
Description
Ragged tracks (tracks that fluctuate below the mass limit but then emerges above the limit as an isolated halo) may introduce unbound host halo into the catalogue. This may also lead to multiple SnapshotIndexOfDeath, if the ragged track dies multiple times.
