+We propose a decentralized protocol framework that democratizes the insurance industry. The framework allows users to participate in two roles: Backers, who stake capital to fund the cash pool for a well-known insurance product, taking risks and earning yield from premiums; and Customers, who purchase transparent insurance coverage for everyday events like flight delays. By utilizing blockchain immutability, we eliminate the need for traditional insurance intermediaries, lowering costs for Customers and opening revenue streams for Backers.
