on the branch iamc_results the workflow has been modified so that snakemake creates for each rule an own environment. This allows to include the creation of results excel files in IAMC format, since otherwise the requirements of the different packages are creating conflicts.
Unfortunately, on Oden and Gaius there seem to be issues with using Mamba and the snakemake generated environments.
