I have been having issues with RSS/RO using not just modular launch but any of the many launch clamp parts while trying to launch a craft from Pad39/a/b. I have made two new installs to confirm this was not just a problem with my current RO install, both of them one with roughly the same mods and one with nothing but the Express Install and Modular Launch pads and all showed the same results. If it were by some rare chance a hardware issue I have tried this on two different computers, one laptop and a PC.
Reproducing. Making a generic rocket and placing RCS Thrusters on it causes the craft to spazz out or possibly the RCS thrusters almost want to sink into the craft I sorta of saw not sure how common that is.
I also have tried going through all my mods and seeing if one is causing this, I believe I found it to be an unlikely candidate that being Waterfall. When removing the Waterfall mod using both the latest version and the 0.9 version for good measure when testing, the launch clamps I noticed barely moved and given the moving was so slight I believe it was probably just the natural loading effects of loading into physics out of the VAB.
I have attached here several logs from two different KSP installs both with the same issue while I tried seeing if some kind of auto structing or something else could fix it as a temporary measure. I have also left here some pictures showcasing the spaz that kills my crafts when I load in.
First image showing what appears as though the RCS is sinking towards the middle of the craft in a rare state where I managed to get nothing to blow up.

Hello,
I have been having issues with RSS/RO using not just modular launch but any of the many launch clamp parts while trying to launch a craft from Pad39/a/b. Any and all help is greatly appreciated
