[Feature] Subdirectories of GameData for `install_to`

Problem

The install_to property allows values of the form GameData/<X>, where <X> is any folder name.

Currently the metadata-webtool doesn't support this:

Add a special GameData/... option that reveals a text box when active, where the user can enter the rest of the path.
