changes to .html files

I've made critical edits to the regular .html files, but it looks like the .bak files are now live (?). The information on the .html files should be what displays.
Also, the index and about pages are now almost identical. Are we planning to get rid of the about page? I see no reason to display the same information in two places. If it's all going on the index page, we need to make sure my changes (to about.html) are incorporated into the personnel list on the index page.
