Create a symbols tree view

Would be nice to have a to have a view of the symbols in the current file, mostly for us developer to ensure we have everything right.

Maybe a dock window for now, make sure that it works even if a non-code document is current.

Bonus: add a small icon for the type of symbol (class/member/method/...)
