Is HDR supported ?

I downloaded a video from a social media that I know is in HDR, the native player of the app played it in HDR, but after downloading the video using Seal and playing it on my phone's current gallery app (it's another ooen source app), the video seems to be playing in SDR.

I know my phone supports HDR, I have used that feature and it is on.

So is the problem with my gallery app or does Seal not support HDR ?
