Wider code coverage

Version 0.1.0 had a few bugs and the current coverage of ~50% speaks for itself.

I suggest the following test categories:

• Library (PBO, VirtualMapping)
• Interface (MOI, JuMP)
• Examples (Quantum Bridge Analytics?)
