Multiple sources ?

Hi, are there any plans to allow multiple mirrors for sources ?

May be something like the list of urls which one can specify in CMake, see
https://cmake.org/cmake/help/v3.8/module/ExternalProject.html ?

We currently have one source location for a given piece of code. If that is down, the build would not work. The idea would be the specification of multiple possible sources which are tried one after another.
