msstore only has outdated versions of juliaup

As per https://apps.microsoft.com/detail/9njnww8pvkmn?hl=en-US&gl=US, the msstore was last updated on 11/1/2025. The winget sources at https://github.com/microsoft/winget-pkgs/tree/master/manifests/j/Julialang/Juliaup are showing newer versions though.

It seems like the release automation is working fine though: https://github.com/JuliaLang/juliaup/actions/runs/21225208535/job/61094048525

I'm not sure what the relationship between these two winget sources/registries is though.
