Release Blocking Issues

This is intended to be an up to date list of all issues in the various repositories that are required to be resolved before releasing Gallium. I'll try to keep this list updated as issues are found during testing.

Definitely:

• LLVM symbols not exported on Linux Keno/Hooking.jl#2 LLVM C symbols not exported from libjulia on Linux
• History Keno/ASTInterpreter.jl#29 History
• Need to implement DW_abstract_origin Keno/DWARF.jl#10 Implement DW_abstract_origin
• Lookup subprograms by fptr rather than name #51 Lookup by ip rather than name - requires work in DWARF
• Incorrect line numbers #54
• Implement loading of non-isbits variables #55
• Improve inlined line numbers JuliaLang/julia#14949

Maybe:

Regarding JuliaLang/julia#14949 --- for better or for worse it's tied to jb/linear3 now. I have branches of ASTInterpreter and Gallium that work with the new IR, so we can just cross our fingers and merge everything, but it could be a bit of a speed bump.

Merging that branch will be disruptive anyway. Better soon rather than later.
