Get all rental history by username

Create a function, where it takes in a username, and returns a row of all previously ended vehicle rentals related to the username, function should at least return the following information:

• Registration Plate
• Model Name
• Manufacturer Name
• Rental Start timestamp
• Rental End timestamp

Feel free to make it return more information if you wish.
