Teamwork task: Redo Streaming action with limit causes BigNumber error

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a Streaming payment action with the "Ends" condition as "Limit reached".
2. Complete the rest of the details and create the stream.
3. In the completed stream, click the meatball menu in the top right of the action.
4. Click the "Redo action" option.
5. Don't change any inputs.
6. Create the new stream.
7. Note you get stuck in a pending state and there is an error in the console.

Expected behaviour

• You are not able to redo a Streaming payment with a Limit reached end condition.

Actual behaviour

• You should be able to redo streams that have Limit reached end condition.
