Missing vulkan.h and crashes on startup #4

Hi there, I was hoping to try your code sample here but it won't compile without manually adding the Vulkan include path (the macro for using vulkan should probably be left off if the sample doesn't even support Vulkan yet).

Once I fixed that, it just crashes using -mode D3D12. Both using visual studio attached and just running the exe from the directory itself.
