[NSOC 26] Enhance navbar UI

current navbar Ui is good but not match with our design only enhancement of frontend part not backend work so assign me issues so i can make the navbar modern and professionally way that will match our design and site.

Hi @JhaSourav, I would like to work on this issue.

I can enhance and improve the navbar UI to make it more modern, clean, and visually appealing while keeping it consistent with the existing design. I plan to refine spacing, typography, colors, and add smooth hover effects to give it a more polished and professional look.

I will focus only on frontend/UI improvements and will not make any backend changes.

Could you please assign this issue to me under NSOC'26?
