I was able to do it, but there are a lot of problems here.

Looks fine.
On wasmJs target you can't extend external types (WebGLRenderParameters in your case).
If following case you can use unsafeJso factory function.

Okay, but many classes don't have imports, generic types are used incorrectly, and the JsAny extension is required for some classes.

Can you fix it manually for initial implementation (in separate commit)?
Alternative (and more recommended) solution - Karakum plugin(s).
