This site can’t be reached weatherapi.com refused to connect.
Try:

Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

https://weatherapi.com/my/ only resolves if you are logged in. Yes, weatherapi should have a redirect, but they don't. Just go to weatherapi.com, and login. that will get you to the proper url. Or switch to Open Weather
