How do you list a city that appears more than once in the same country?

I'm trying to list a city, by way of example, Lewisburg. The problem is they are several states in the U.S. that have a Lewisburg in them, and I was wondering how to narrow it down to a specific one? For example: Lewisburg, 24966 did not work, and neither did Lewisburg, WV. I've tried ISO codes, and that didn't work either.

Also, yes, people in WV do have (extremely slow) internet, and yes we do wear shoes...have been for some time. :P
