New entities on every update

Hello,

After every update there are new entities and the old entities are unavailable. This means that there is no history of anything before an update and that all automations using entso-e entities stop working. Why does it create new entities everytime and how can I stop this from happening. I have no other integration do this.

Also this time I cannot even remove the old entities resulting in having 18 entities with 9 being unavailable.

After which update did this happen? If you updated from 0.7.2 -> 0.7.3 this could have happened. If you skipped 0.7.3 this should not happen, and it should not happen every update.

At least last update after the update that broke home assistant, I got new entities. I think I skipped 1 update and the update before that I also got new entities.
