Plugin don't work

• Arclight is up to date
• all dependencies are installed
• all plugins and mods are up to date
• unable to reproduce in Spigot
• unable to reproduce in Forge

Description

i installed my own plguin and command i set didnt work. It shows that this command isn't registered. Server recognize this plugin because when i type /pl it shows with green name. On spigot this plugin works fine but on arclight it didn't.
