Carpet TIS Addition causes server to not start up.

• Arclight is up to date
• all dependencies are installed
• all plugins and mods are up to date
• unable to reproduce in Spigot
• unable to reproduce in Forge

Description

The server fails to start when the Carpet TIS Addition mod is installed.
The issue persists even if I downgrade carpet tis addition version or carpet version.
The server fails to start, leading to a crash or error during the startup process.

Step to reproduce

1. Install carpet TIS Addition
2. attempt to start server
