[Feature Request] Support for FLuidlogged API fluidstates

Currently block fluidstate data will not be exported in recurrent complex structures. Having the ability to use fluidlogging in builds would increase the quality of structures that are possible to make (especially for modpack devs).

I have since started using script blocks to run the fluidlogged API's setfluid command as a workaround, but I do still think support should be added as it's a bit annoying having to have a script block per fluidlogged block.
