AIRSPY MINI and HF are detected too many times
(and if not supported should not appear...)

RTL-SDR is detected - good!
The series of "?" is a well-known problem due to rtl-sdr
a problem common to many software, so not a big problem at the moment.
Anyway, by the way, in my test case rtl_eeprom shows:
Manuf...: Realtek
Product: RTL2838UHIDIR
Serial number: 00030001
Should be nice - in future - to see some of those values instead of "?"
