Get rid of Operator provisioners model builders

Manually generated builders can be replaced by the ones generated by the Fabric8 Kubernetes Client Java generator, and specifically:

-add-extra-annotations, --add-extra-annotations
                          Add extra lombok and sundrio annotation to the
                            generated classes

This will reduce the amount of boiler-plate, error prone and hard to maintain source code.
