Bump Intersmash version to 0.0.4.Beta3

We need to bump the Intersmash framework version to 0.0.4.Beta3 to in order to:

• use the latest Strimzi/Streams for Apache Kafka model supporting tests against Kafka 4 (KRaft mode)
• use a distributed style-config dependency and avoid building and maintaining the local style-config module.
