Missing requirements.txt for Dependency Management

This project doesn't show requirements.txt. My version of transformers library is not right. Could you please provide a requirements.txt file or include documentation about the necessary library versions and dependencies required to run the project successfully? This would greatly help the us to quickly get up and running with the project.

seems some version before v4.45
transformers==4.44.0 works for me
