License policy for wifi-host-driver

Hello, I looked at the license files however couldn't conclude on which direction we should proceed,

Question
We are trying to port WHD to make Wifi accessible with the combination of STM MCU and Murata 1DX/1YN modules. We have selected zephyr rtos as a preferred to RTOS solution to carryout this porting efforts. As Infineon don't officially support this on zephyr rtos, we are also required to modify the code wherever required. . We would like to understand whether license policy from Infineon allow us to make changes or there needs to be an end user license b/w Eaton and Infineon/Cypress. Note that this product development is for commercial use under Eaton Corporation.
