Версии файлов обновить - kb896559, и добавить Common Controls 5 (СomCtl32.ocx) из той же статьи.

Здесь http://forum.ru-board.com/topic.cgi?forum=5&topic=24691&start=0&limit=1&m=1 указаны ссылки на различные runtime для VB от 01 до 06. Их так имеет смысл добавить, если потребуется.
