Feature Request: Publish Pre-built Docker Images (e.g., to Docker Hub) #208

Hi. I'm starting to scope out how the World Historical Gazetteer can join the OME network, as outlined here.

We're moving to a Kubernetes ($\text{K8s}$) cluster soon, and the plan is to run our OME node in a dedicated pod. Right now, joining requires us to clone the repo, build the image, and push it to our internal registry.

Could you consider publishing pre-built Docker images to a public registry (like Docker Hub or GitHub Packages)?

This would drastically reduce friction for deployment in both $\text{K8s}$ and standard Docker environments. We could pull a stable image directly and keep our node updated much more easily.
