Seems not to work?

E.g. attempting to get a list of all French resources via:
http://www.oercommons.org/api/search?f.language=fr
says "An access token is required for this request.", but trying to get a token via:
http://www.oercommons.org/oauth/request_token
returns a 404.

Is there any documentation for the OER Commons API, if the API still exists and is supported?
