pymusic/pyconfig.pxi should be re-generated #41

pyconfig.pxi should not exist in the repo but be generated locally.

It should also be removed at distclean.

Otherwise, people with mpi4py 2.0.0 will get problems building pymusic from a newly checked out repo.
