DCC

1. The digital calibration certificate was merged into the dev branch.
2. HW is on for producing a blog post to explain/introduce the DCC to be published the week after AB's post on the 18/19th Jan.

WRA Data Model

1. All the remaining pull requests have been approved and merged into the dev branch.
2. Updating the Jupyter notebook tool to match the new version.
3. Release v1 when ready.
4. Publicize the new version in January with AB's blog post.
