Wall of Shadows not spawning

Description

In Multiplayer throwing the Shadow Relic in Lava (in hell) kills the Dryad and gives a chat message about it spawning. But it doesn't.

Expected behavior

The Wall of Shadows should spawn :3

Steps to Reproduce

1. craft Shadow Relic
2. make sure, Dryad is alive and ready to die
3. go to hell (in Terraria)
4. throw Shadow Relic into Lava
5. be confused either because it really didn't spawn or it spawns and you can't reproduce this error

Reproduction frequency

On our Server we tried about 10 times (3 times with spawned in Shadow Relics and 7 times with failed spawn in commands (yes they didn't work either)) while our host in singleplayer spawned it successfully

Did not replicate Bug with only Tremor (sorry)
