amazon ads will run a separate wrapper for HB calls. Initially asks for: 

https://config.aps.amazon-adsystem.com/configs/XXXX

in order to get pub settings and config and then will call: 

https://client.aps.amazon-adsystem.com/publisher.js

Amazon has shown strong willingness to work with TS team and now has prebid adapters, so tbd on integration approach here.
