We need to ensure Kargo is supported at the PBS level as we will lean on PBS adapters for SSP integrations (unless a PBS adapter is missing or there's another technical reason).

For our first SSP integration we will need to ensure the expected response is properly handled, creatives are rendering, and post-bid calls are able to be converted to server-side first (which may prove to be challenging at times depending on parameter consistency from provider, etc)
