DS is the system that can benefit the most from gameplay in Tate (vertical) mode. In the past few years, we have got a lot of Android-based Handhelds that allow for gameplay in vertical orientation. It's an untapped Niche that hasn't been occupied yet by any DS emulator on Android. Other than allowing mapping of right stick as a touchscreen pointer, no DS emulator on Android has the capability to map rightstick directions as button inputs. If NooDS is successful in implementing this, it will be a huge advantage over other emulators. NooDS will attract a lot of following among gamers with Retro Handhelds, and might even become primary choice for DS emulation for many people, as it's already a damn good emulator for many games, even supporting games that Drastic doesn't, like Gianna sisters.
