Make the option to have the language swtich show the current language instead of the globe.

I'm personally not a fan of the globe in the language switcher and I thought it would be helpful to add the option in the front-matter to change it to display the current selected language instead. For example, in a multilingual site where English is the active language, instead of the globe it would say "English".

It might also be nice to have the option to change the icon as well for people who want to use an icon but not the current one.
