This commit introduces a new command, "Run All Requests Sequentially", which allows users to execute all HTTP requests in the current document one after another.

The following changes were made:

  • Added a new command rest-client.run-all-requests-sequentialy to package.json.
  • Implemented the runAllSequentially method in requestController.ts to iterate through all requests in the document and execute them sequentially.
  • Registered the new command in extension.ts to connect it to the runAllSequentially method.
  • Implemented the getAllRequests method in selector.ts to extract all HTTP requests from the given editor and document.
  • Modified the runCore method in requestController.ts to accept activeColumn and document parameters.
  • Modified the append method in httpResponseTextDocumentView.ts to append the response to the existing document.

These changes enhance the Rest Client extension by providing a convenient way to run multiple requests in a single file, improving workflow efficiency.
