I noticed that in Homebrew, the ruby version and portable-ruby version are set to 3.4.5, but the latest release of portable-ruby has already reached 3.4.6.
This causes issues for downstream mirror repositories, since they usually sync the latest release (i.e., 3.4.6 instead of 3.4.5). As a result, the mismatch can break the downstream ecosystem.
Would it be possible to mark the 3.4.6 release as a pre-release?
