Set up and configure core dependencies specified in D0001-Language.md.

Tasks:

  • Set up Tauri for UI components
  • Configure Tokio for async runtime
  • Integrate git2 for VCS operations
  • Set up config crate for configuration
  • Document dependency versions
  • Create example implementations

Acceptance Criteria:

  • Tauri successfully builds UI components
  • Async operations work efficiently with Tokio
  • Git operations work through git2
  • Configuration system works across platforms
  • Dependencies are properly versioned
  • Examples demonstrate core functionality
