Develop Linux-specific native integration features.

Tasks:

  • Implement Freedesktop.org context menus
  • Set up desktop notifications (libnotify)
  • Configure system tray (StatusNotifierItem)
  • Implement Secret Service API integration
  • Set up file manager integration
  • Configure desktop entry
  • Implement MIME type handling

Acceptance Criteria:

  • Context menus work in major file managers
  • Notifications work across DEs (GNOME, KDE, etc)
  • System tray works with modern DEs
  • Credentials stored in system keyring
  • File manager extensions show git status
  • Desktop entry follows XDG spec
  • MIME types properly registered
