Set up and configure MegaLinter for comprehensive code quality checks.

Tasks:

  • Create MegaLinter configuration file
  • Configure language-specific linters
  • Set up custom rules
  • Configure CircleCI integration
  • Set up reporting
  • Document linter rules

Acceptance Criteria:

  • MegaLinter runs in CI pipeline
  • All supported languages are linted
  • Custom rules are enforced
  • Reports are generated and accessible
  • Documentation is complete
  • False positives are minimized
