Configure Trunk.io for local development and IDE integration.

Tasks:

  • Install Trunk CLI
  • Configure VSCode integration
  • Set up linter configurations
  • Configure formatters
  • Set up pre-commit hooks
  • Document setup process

Acceptance Criteria:

  • Trunk.io works in VSCode
  • Fast local feedback available
  • Pre-commit hooks active
  • Format on save working
  • Setup documented for contributors
  • Configuration matches CI rules
